ChartsPod Saved Workspaces: What Syncs Across Devices?
ChartsPod works without an account. Signing in keeps saved work in sync. Here is how to confirm what follows you between devices.
Short answer
ChartsPod's charting, indicators, drawings and research tools work without an account; its FAQ says an account keeps saved work synchronised across sessions. ChartsPod does not list item-by-item what syncs, so test it: save a workspace with drawings, an alert and a journal entry on one device, sign in on another and check each item. Note that AI model keys are stated to stay in your browser, so expect to enter your key on each device.
What to expect
| Item | Expectation | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Workspaces / layouts | Saved work, synced when signed in | Test |
| Drawings | Part of saved charts | Test |
| Alerts | Check after sign-in | Test |
| Journal | Check after sign-in | Test |
| AI model key | Stays in browser (stated) | Re-enter per device |
A sync test
Control names in the terminal can change between releases. If a label differs from this guide, look for the setting that does the job described.
Security notes
An account that syncs saved work deserves a strong, unique password. Your AI key, stated to stay in your browser, is exposed to anyone using that browser profile; use separate browser profiles on shared machines.
If you clear site data, expect to re-enter the AI key and possibly lose unsynced work. Sign in before clearing to make sure saved work is synced.
A cross-device workflow
Do analysis on the main computer while signed in, saving workspaces and journal entries. On a phone or laptop, sign in to review the same work. Keep AI agent use on the device where your key is stored, or re-enter it deliberately on others. After any browser data clearing, run the two-device test again.
Tips
- Name workspaces by purpose (e.g. 'BTC execution').
- Export or note critical levels in the journal as backup.
- Clearing browser data can remove signed-out work and stored keys.
Sign in and run the two-device test.

Sources and methodology
ChartsPod capabilities were checked against its public overview, documentation index, markets and indicator pages on 17 October 2026. Exact control names inside the terminal can change between releases, so this guide describes what to set and check rather than quoting menu labels. Venue availability is shown per tool in the terminal. Worked examples use illustrative numbers. ChartsPod's public pages state that an account keeps saved work synchronised across sessions; item-level sync details are not listed, so test them.
