GeckoTerminal Token OHLCV: History Limits - Avoid Silent Gaps

Token OHLCV comes from the token's most liquid pool, needs a higher-tier plan and returns a 6-month range per call. Pool switches can splice history.

Short answer

CoinGecko's token OHLCV endpoint requires the Analyst plan or above, builds candles from the token's most liquid pool, returns up to 1,000 candles per call with a 6-month maximum range, and is cached about every 10 seconds. If the most liquid pool changes, the series may switch source; include_inactive_source controls whether inactive pools contribute. Paginate with before_timestamp, check expected counts and note source changes.
